KKSN Suite
WEB — Retail on Pro · B2B on Enterprise

The storefront your team edits by clicking on it.

Retail and B2B commerce, live on your inventory — no agency, no republish, no second catalog.

Every banner, menu and product card on a KSN storefront edits in place: click it, type, save a draft, publish when ready. And because the store runs on the same tenant as your ERP, the price is the real price, the stock is the real stock, and a web order reserves real units the second it's placed. This is the demo that closes deals.

  • Web orders allocate real warehouse stock the moment they're placed

What's included

A complete commerce channel that lives inside your ERP — storefront, content, B2B accounts, pricing and self-service, all on the same data the warehouse runs on.

Inline editing

The flagship. The storefront is the editor.

  • Click-to-edit everything. Banners, menus, headers, footers and page sections edit directly on the page — the gap between 'we should change that' and changed is one click.
  • Drafts nobody sees. Edits accumulate as a draft version invisible to customers, so you can rework the whole homepage on a Tuesday afternoon without a maintenance window.
  • Preview, then publish. Review the draft exactly as customers will see it, then publish in one action — the half-finished page never ships by accident.
  • Versioned publishes. Every publish increments a version with the change history kept, so 'who changed the hero and when' has an answer.
  • Editing is a permission. Storefront editing is granted by role like any other ERP permission — marketing edits pages without a login to anything else.
  • Global elements once. Header, footer and site-wide banners are edited in one place and flow everywhere, killing the page-by-page copy hunt.

Catalog & discovery

A distribution-grade catalog, not a photo gallery.

  • Faceted search and filtering. Customers narrow by category, brand and real product attributes — thread size, voltage, material — instead of paging through everything.
  • Spec-table catalog view. Attribute-heavy categories flip to a dense specification table, the way industrial buyers actually compare parts.
  • Search with autocomplete. Type-ahead by SKU or description with trending and similar-product suggestions, so the buyer who knows the part number lands in two keystrokes.
  • Product pages with the whole truth. Galleries, spec attributes, stock, volume price breaks, related products and reviews on one page — the phone call to 'check availability' ends.
  • Reviews with moderation. Verified-purchase reviews with helpful-voting; low ratings queue for moderation instead of publishing themselves.
  • Blog and FAQs built in. Publish articles and searchable FAQs with voting from the same tenant — content marketing without bolting on another system.

Built for B2B buying

Because your biggest customer is a company, not a cart.

  • Branch sub-users. Customer admins create their own branch users with eight granular permissions — ordering, pricing visibility, returns, quotes — so their org chart maps onto your store.
  • Budget caps that enforce themselves. Per-order and yearly spend caps per branch user, so a buyer's limit is enforced at checkout rather than argued about at invoice time.
  • Quick order by SKU. Paste part numbers and quantities, get a priced, availability-checked cart — the fax-era order form, finally retired.
  • Order templates and favorites. Recurring buys become saved templates and shared favorite lists, cutting a weekly 40-line order to two clicks.
  • RFQs and bids from the storefront. Customers request quotes or bid a price online; bids are answered automatically against your margin rules on Enterprise.
  • A vendor portal too. Suppliers sign in to see their own products, orders, stock levels and documents — and stop emailing you for them.

Pricing & promotions

Every buyer sees exactly their price.

  • Tier pricing throughout. Customer tiers price the whole catalog automatically, so the storefront honors the same deal your reps negotiated.
  • Volume price breaks. Published quantity breaks on the product page move buyers to bigger orders without a phone call.
  • Per-organization catalogs. Control which products each organization sees, with organization-level pricing — one platform, differently stocked shelves.
  • Promotions and coupon codes. The promotions engine evaluates codes and offers against the live cart, with the same rules your ERP promotions use.
  • Guest browsing, your call. Decide whether visitors browse openly or register first; negotiated pricing and warehouse stock detail only ever show to signed-in accounts.

Self-serve accounts & checkout

Your customers answer their own questions at 11 pm.

  • Account dashboard. Open invoices, credit balance, recent orders and credit-limit use in one view — the 'can I place another order' call, eliminated.
  • Orders with reorder and cancel. Full history with one-click reorder, save-as-template and self-service cancellation while an order is still cancellable.
  • Invoices, payments, statements, credits. The customer's finance picture, self-served — your AR team stops being a document courier.
  • Shipment tracking to the carton. Customers see shipments and carton-level detail themselves instead of asking where the truck is.
  • Returns started online. RMAs are submitted and tracked from the account, entering the same controlled return workflow your team runs.
  • Checkout that gets tax right. Address book, shipping methods, compound tax with exemptions and promo evaluation — then the order allocates real stock on submit.
Inline editing

Change the homepage before the coffee cools.

Open your storefront, click the banner, type the new headline. It saves as a draft only your team can see; preview it exactly as customers will, then publish. No page builder to learn, no ticket to file, no agency retainer — the person who owns the message edits the message.

  • What you click is what changesBanners, menus, product cards and page sections are all live editing surfaces.
  • Draft and published are separate worldsCustomers see the published version until the moment you decide otherwise.
  • Permissioned and versionedWho may edit is a role permission, and every publish is a numbered version with history.

B2B accounts

Give every branch a login, not your phone number.

A B2B customer isn't one person — it's a head office, four branches and a dozen buyers with different authority. Customer admins build that structure themselves: each branch user gets exactly the permissions and budget you'd expect, and every order they place carries the account's negotiated pricing and terms.

  • Eight permissions per userOrdering, quotes, pricing visibility, stock visibility, returns, addresses — granted per buyer, not per account.
  • Budgets enforced at checkoutPer-order and yearly caps stop the over-limit purchase before it exists, with YTD spend tracked automatically.
  • Repeat buying in two clicksSKU quick order, saved templates and shared favorites turn the weekly standing order into a habit, not a chore.

FAQ

What store owners ask us

Do we need a developer or an agency to change the site?

No. Anyone your roles allow can click an element on the live storefront and edit it — text, banners, menus, product presentation. Changes accumulate as a draft and go live only when published. The typical edit takes less time than writing the email that used to request it.

Can customers ever see a half-finished edit?

No. Draft and published are separate versions. Customers see the published storefront until you publish the draft — which you can preview exactly as they'll see it first. Every publish is versioned, so you always know what was live when.

Can retail and B2B run on the same catalog?

Yes — one catalog, one stock position, one pricing engine. Pro includes the retail storefront; Enterprise adds the B2B storefront with quotes, bids and offers. You control per-organization visibility, so each audience sees its own shelf.

Do web orders actually reserve stock, or just create a request?

They allocate real units from the warehouse the moment they're placed — the same allocation engine your reps' orders use. Available-to-sell drops instantly, and if stock is short the order backorders visibly instead of overselling.

How much control do we have over a B2B customer's buyers?

Their admin manages branch users with eight granular permissions — ordering, quoting, pricing visibility, stock visibility, returns, feedback, addresses, user management — plus per-order and yearly budget caps. Your team sets up the account once; they run their own structure.

Can visitors browse without an account?

Your choice. Guest browsing of the catalog, brands, blog and FAQs is configurable per store. Negotiated pricing, warehouse-level stock and account features only ever appear after sign-in.
