Privacy Policy

This policy explains how InnovateNow ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with KSN Suite, its storefronts and portals, and this website. It is written for Canadian law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and with the obligations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind.
What we collect
When you request a trial, a demo, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: company name, your name, work email, and optionally a phone number, industry, country and message.
When your company uses KSN Suite, the platform stores the business records your organization creates — products, orders, customers, vendors, financial entries — together with user accounts your administrators create and an audit trail of changes. Your organization controls that data; we process it to operate the service.
This website records limited technical information (such as pages requested and approximate region) for security and capacity purposes. Analytics run only if you accept them in the consent banner, and IP addresses in analytics are anonymized.
Why we use it
We use personal information to provision and operate tenants, respond to requests you make, secure the platform, bill for the service, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the business data inside your tenant for advertising or to train anything.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers needed to run the platform — such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing — under agreements that restrict their use of it, or where the law requires disclosure. We do not share your data with other tenants.
Retention
Lead and contact information is kept while the conversation or business relationship is active and removed on request. Tenant data is kept for the life of the subscription; when a tenant closes, its data is deactivated and then deleted on the schedule set out in your agreement.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted, subject to legal retention requirements. Where GDPR applies, you also have rights to portability, restriction and objection. Contact privacy@ksnsuite.ca and we will respond within the timelines the applicable law sets.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, credentials are stored only as salted hashes, every row of tenant data is tenant-scoped, and every mutation is audit-logged. The Security page on this site describes the architecture in detail.
