Straight answers, printed prices.
Everything distributors actually ask before starting a trial — trials, pricing, the technical details, security, the WebStore and integrations. If your question is not here, ask us directly and a person answers.
Trial
What exactly is included in the trial?
Everything. The 14-day trial unlocks every module on your own isolated tenant — inventory, purchasing, warehouse, sales, financials, reporting, administration and the WebStore. There are no feature gates and no watered-down trial edition; you evaluate the same platform paying customers run.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial requires no payment method at all. You submit the request form, verify your email, and your tenant provisions. Nothing converts to a paid plan unless you choose one.
How fast do I actually get access?
Provisioning starts as soon as you verify your email, and credentials are emailed to you when the tenant is ready — typically within minutes. If email verification is unavailable, our team activates the trial manually and sends your credentials within one business day.
Do I start with sample data or a blank tenant?
Your choice. Sample data lets you explore realistic purchase orders, stock and storefront content immediately; a clean tenant lets you load your own products and vendors and evaluate against your real operation.
What happens when the 14 days end?
You pick a plan and keep working — same tenant, same data, zero migration. If you decide not to continue, the tenant is deactivated; nothing is charged, because nothing was ever on file.
Does my trial data carry over to a paid plan?
Yes. The trial tenant is your production tenant. Every product, order and user you set up during the evaluation is exactly where you left it when you subscribe.
Pricing & Billing
What do the plans cost?
Starter is $100, Pro is $200 and Enterprise is $300 — per user per month, each with a 10-user minimum. Add-ons such as route planning, CRM, EDI and the mobile apps start at $25 per user per month. All prices are printed on the pricing page; there is no quote gate for the basics.
What does Starter include?
Core inventory run properly: the product master, purchasing and receiving, transfers, counts and stock orders, plus basic AR/AP and vendor credits — for one company with up to two warehouses.
What does Pro add over Starter?
The selling side and the warehouse floor: sales orders, fulfillment and returns, the Warehouse Tower with cycle counts and replenishment, the retail WebStore with inline editing, the customer portal with B2B and tier pricing, and up to four warehouses.
What does Enterprise add over Pro?
Scale without ceilings: retail plus B2B WebStores, quotes, bids and offers, two organizations, two currencies, and unlimited warehouses.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply to the same tenant in place — no reimplementation, no downtime. Existing customers can request a plan change from the customer portal and it is confirmed before anything changes on the bill.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
There is no mandatory setup fee. Most teams self-serve from the trial; if you want hands-on help with data loading or process mapping, we scope that separately and tell you the price before any work starts.
Technical
Is KSN Suite cloud-based or on-premise?
KSN Suite is a hosted, multi-tenant cloud platform operated by InnovateNow. Each customer gets an isolated tenant with its own hostname; we run the infrastructure, maintenance and upgrades so your team runs the business.
Can I import my existing products, vendors and customers?
Yes. Master data — products, vendors, customers and opening stock — can be loaded from standard file imports, and our team helps map your files during the trial or onboarding so the evaluation happens with your real catalog.
Is there an API?
Yes. The same versioned REST API that powers the ERP screens, storefronts and mobile apps is available to your tenant, with tenant-scoped authentication and the same permission model as the UI — an integration can never see more than the user it authenticates as.
What do I need to run it?
A modern browser. The ERP and storefronts are web applications; the optional Warehouse Mobile add-on runs on handheld devices for receiving, picking, counts and lookups on the floor.
How many users and how much data can it handle?
Plans are priced per user rather than capped by record counts — products, vendors and customers are unlimited on every plan. Warehouses scale by plan: two on Starter, four on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise.
Security
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes — structurally, not just by filter. Every table carries a mandatory tenant column, every query runs inside your tenant context, and our test suite includes checks that deliberately omit the tenant filter to prove they return zero cross-tenant rows.
Who can see my data?
Only the people your administrators authorize. Every screen, endpoint and action sits behind a granular permission — including cost visibility and storefront editing — and roles are composed from those permissions by your own admins.
Is there an audit trail?
On every mutation. Each create, update and deactivation records who acted, when, and the full before-and-after state of the row. Writes go through controlled procedures, so no code path can change data without leaving the trail.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
Not currently, and we say so plainly rather than hiding behind vague wording. What we offer instead is architecture you can verify in a live trial tenant — tenant isolation, the permission model and the audit trail are demonstrable, not brochure claims. The Security page has the details.
How are backups handled?
Production databases are backed up on a schedule, and restores are exercised rather than assumed — a restore is trusted only after its contents are verified against the source. Backups inherit the same tenant isolation as live data.
WebStore
What does "edited by clicking on it" actually mean?
Your team opens the storefront, clicks the element they want to change — a banner, a menu, a product card, a promotion — and edits it in place, with drafts, publishing and a full audit trail. What you see in edit mode is literally what customers get. No page builder, no republish step, no agency invoice.
Is the storefront retail, B2B, or both?
Pro includes the retail WebStore with the customer portal and tier pricing; Enterprise adds a dedicated B2B storefront alongside it. Either way there is one catalog behind both, so pricing and stock never fork.
Do I still need a separate ecommerce platform?
No — that is the point. The storefront reads live stock, pricing and customer terms from the same tenant that runs your warehouse. An order placed online is a sales order in the ERP the moment it is placed, with no sync jobs or connectors to babysit.
What can my customers do in the portal?
Self-serve at any hour: view orders, invoices and statements, reorder from saved templates, request quotes and returns, and see the pricing that applies to them specifically.
Can I control who edits the storefront?
Yes. Storefront editing is a permission like any other in the platform, so you decide exactly which roles can change content, who can publish drafts, and every change lands in the audit trail.
Integrations
What integrations are available?
The Integrations module covers shipping gateways, payment gateways, EDI connections, SFTP automation and API connectors — the platform meets your existing carrier, payment and trading-partner stack rather than replacing it.
How are online payments handled?
Storefront checkout connects to leading payment gateways, so cards are processed by the gateway — card data is not stored in your tenant. Payment records flow back into the ERP against the order automatically.
Do you support EDI?
Yes — EDI is available as an add-on from $25 per user per month, built on the Integrations module, for trading partners that transact by document exchange rather than portals.
Can we build our own integrations?
Yes. The tenant-scoped REST API and SFTP automation are available for your own developers or integration partners, governed by the same permission model as everything else — an integration user gets exactly the access you grant it.
Can we automate file exchanges with partners?
Yes. SFTP automation handles scheduled inbound and outbound file flows — price lists, order files, inventory feeds — without anyone manually shuttling spreadsheets.
Still deciding?
The fastest answer is the product itself — start the 14-day trial on your own tenant, or send the question to a human and get a reply within one business day.
